Q. Can I run the program on anther PC?
A. You can copy the zipped file of the trial version and run it on any PC. Upon registration of the product, the program will only run on the PC on which it was first registered. It will run on other PC's as a trial version
Q. Where can I find Labor, Plant and aterial rates?
A. eSTM8 provides an estimation platform for international use and is not bound to a specific country or location. Labor, plant and material rates are time and location dependent and therefore are not provided in this package.

Q. Is there a tutorial for eSTM8 Software?
A. eSTM8 is an easy program to learn and use. However ther is a Help section in the package that shows how to do for every step in the program.
Q. On the first run of the trial version, I got the message 'Your Trial version has come to an end'! why?
A. Other programs on your PC may interfere with the Installer. Either Close any other program running while installing the program, Or now you can Try Free Trial B, with no installation required .
Q. I need more time to evaluate the program. Can I extend my Free Trial?
A. The answer is YES. Download this Folder and unzip its contents inside the folder where you installed the program, overwriting a folder with same name. Your trial period is then extended by another 15 days, but any previously saved project data shall be deleted.
Q. Regnow was unable to process my card. Is there other payment options?

Q. I purchased the product before last update How Can I incorporate the update?
A. We continuously update our products to ensure their best performance, and take into account our customer comments. You can update your version by visiting the new section "Updates" to download latest update if any.
Q. What is the diffrence between Free Trial A, and Free Trial B?
A. The only difference is that A comes with an Installer for Windows, it creates a desktop shortcut for you, adds the program to your Programs, and enables uninstall. Free Trial B, is the program itself, that can be run from inside the downloaded folder after unzipping. You do not need to uninstall Free Trial B, you can just delete the folder.
